  • 1. Full assessment of your shoes

    • Full assessment of your shoes to understand your unique and precise requirements

    • Identify and report any issues

    • Provide options for any possible treatments and repairs

  • 2. Thorough cleaning

    • Your shoes are cleaned with the correct products for their construction

    • Suede/nubuck is shampooed

    • We take care to clean and wax the welt to add protection and waterproofing to the stitching

    • Old polish and any caked on wax is removed

  • 3. Apply sole guard

    • If your shoes have leather soles we will apply a specialist sole guard oil

    • Sole guard limits premature wear by reducing abrasion and penetration of salt and moisture into the leather

  • 4. Dress the edges and heels

    • Completely restore the edges and heels of your shoes, a small detail often overlooked

    • Sanded, smoothed, recoloured and polished

  • 5. Nourish and hydrate the leather

    • Arguably the most important part of any shoe care routine

    • Specialist calfskin, suede, cordovan or reptile products used where required

    • Different conditioners applied to moisturise and restore leathers to ensure they are kept supple and free from cracking

  • 6. Recolour any scuffing and wear

    • Using the best pigmented cream polishes, we will restore the colour tint to your shoes

    • The products we use also help to rejuvenate the leather which absorbs the nutrients from the cream

  • 7. The final polish

    • We use a range of waxes to bring the shoe to a better than new shine

    • The wax products also give your shoes the ultimate protection from the elements

    • For suede shoes, we apply a water and stain resistant product

    Our 7-Step Comprehensive Service is best for regular maintenance and breathing new life in to well-loved shoes. We work on all types of leathers including suede/nubuck, cordovan, reptile and oiled/waxy leather.

    Glaçage / Mirror Finish

    Our glaçage service achieves the highest shine possible on your shoes. Typically this finish is applied to the toecap and heel. This is a time intensive process requiring the application of multiple thin layers of polish whilst maintaining a strong technique.

    Antiquing, Patina & Recolour

    Antiquing your shoes involves a process of applying darker polishes to create the effect of aging and tonal variation - a subtle patina to create a more interesting shoe.
